On a trail. On your screen. In your truth.

Inclusive Counseling
That Meets You Where You Are.

Life’s felt heavy for a while. Maybe you’re carrying trauma, burnout, or just trying to keep it together. You don’t have to have the right words. Here, you can rest, heal, and be yourself with someone who will listen without judgment, pressure, or pretense.

We are taking below mentioned insurances.

When Life Feels Heavy,
We’re Here for You.

We Start Where You Are.

If you’re picturing some stiff therapist with a clipboard, that’s not us. We talk, listen, laugh a little, and go deep when you’re ready with a plan solely based on what you need.

You Belong Here.

Our inclusive counseling space was designed to be a safe space for BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, service members, and anyone who’s ever felt out of place. You are welcome in this judgement-free zone.

Nature-Based, Nontraditional Therapy.

We offer walk-and-talk sessions, where you can move, breathe, and look up at the trees. Somehow, here in nature, it gets easier to talk.

REAL HELP FOR THE HARD PARTS OF LIFE.

Let’s Talk About It.

Couples Counseling

Couples, we’re here to help you untangle the mess, get honest about what’s really happening, and rebuild something strong, even if it looks different than before.

We help families work through tension, wounds, generational patterns, and daily conflict so everyone feels a little more understood.

We’ll Meet You in Nature, Online, or at Our Wasilla, AK Office.

About You

Paris Taylor, LCSW

Paris resides in Alaska, where she provides in-person, telehealth, and walk-talk therapy services shaped by the natural landscape she calls home. As a walk-talk certified therapist, she utilizes the grounding elements of movement and environment to support deeper emotional processing. Her practice also extends beyond the state—she offers telehealth sessions to clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (the D/M/V), expanding access to care for those seeking a grounded and compassionate therapeutic experience.

Rooted in a blend of traditional modalities and holistic practices, Paris integrates nature into her work in thoughtful, accessible ways. This includes incorporating indoor plants, outdoor gardening, mindful walking, and hiking as tools to support emotional regulation, connection, and self-discovery. She prides herself on building strong rapport, believing that trust, warmth, and genuine connection form the foundation of meaningful therapeutic change.

Whether meeting on a trail, through a screen, or in a calm indoor space, Paris helps clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create a healing path that feels authentic, restorative, and sustainable.

Why We Do Things Differently at
Greenspace Counseling.

We’ve seen how most therapy still misses the mark. It doesn’t always meet you where you are. It doesn’t always feel like it’s for you. This is therapy built around your story, your culture, and your way of being. Your healing plan is based on who you are, not just what you’ve been through.
